Cabo Pulmo

Cabo Pulmo “cradle of the only hard coral reef in North America” is located on the east coast of Baja California Peninsula.

As of 1995, a National Marine Park. Cabo Pulmo has become a world example of marine conservation with the participation of the community, who continually promote the model of sustainable tourism development.

Diving sites stretch five miles, from the northernmost tip at Pulmo Point, to the southernmost tip Los Frailes. Possible sightings include sea lion, the biggest schools of jacks in the world, bull shark, and ray. Giant mantas perform impressive acrobatics near the surface of the water during the summer months. This spectacular display attracts divers and photographers from all over the world.
