Scuba Diving

Free Diving
Free diving is a type of underwater diving where you hold your breath until you resurface, instead of using scuba gear. Examples of free diving activities include traditional fishing techniques, competitive free diving, spearfishing and photography among others.
Free-diving courses consist of three components: theory studies, confined water sessions in a swimming pool, and open water sessions in the ocean or other fresh or saltwater body.
Technical Diving
Technical divers can see all the sites recreational divers can, but they can go deeper and stay longer. And with increased limits, there are even more places to explore! But, it’s important to remember that technical divers use different gases and special equipment.
If you are already an advanced recreational diver and you want to go to the next level, know the courses and routes to become a technical diver: you can go into Deep Diving, Trimix, Advanced wreck diving, Sidemount, Cave Diving, Rebreather CCR, etc.
