The Alijos Rocks are a group of three rocks that protrude from the Pacific Ocean, having been formed by ancient volcanic eruptions. Located 300 km west of the peninsula, they fall within the municipality of Comondú.
The area is renowned for its rich avian and marine biodiversity, with the main rocks comprising the southern rock, the middle rock and the northern rock, along with several smaller rocks in the vicinity.
